Dense normality and kappa-normality

We reflect on two variants of the T4 separation axiom (due to Shchepin and Arhangel'skii) and how they compare: in particular, on our success in showing that finite powers of the Sorgenfrey line are not densely normal, and on our ongoing failure to decide the matter for infinite powers. The talk will be pitched at postgraduate level.
