Welcome to the internet portal for the School of Mathematics, Statistics and
Applied Mathematics at NUI Galway. The School was formed from the Departments
of Mathematics (which included Statistics) and Mathematical Physics on
September 1st 2008 as part of the process of Academic Restructuring in
