Venue

 

All talks will take place in the O Tnuathail lecture theatre, Arts Millennium Building.

 

Parking on Campus

There is limited parking for conference delegates, on campus, Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.30.   Permits have been organized to facilitate access to J car parks for conference delegates. Permits and the map are available upon arrival or alternatively by e-mail (contact the local organizers).  These permits are available to registered delegates only and must be displayed at all times.

There are also pay and display parking areas on campus.  Access is available to all car parks during evenings (after 17.30) and weekends. All illegally parked vehicles, including cars not displaying a permit, will be clamped.

Computer Access

There is a limited number of user codes/passwords for delegates who wish to check their emails while on campus (free of charge).  Delegates can use wireless access in the Arts Millennium Building, or there is also a computer suite on the first floor beside the O Tnuathail theatre. Please note that codes can be re-used by delegates.

Conference dinner

 

The dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday, 2nd July in Westwood Hotel. Cost 25 euro per person (students 15 euro pp.). Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend the dinner.
