Welcome to the ISA Website.
| The Irish Statistical Association (ISA) is Ireland’s primary professional association devoted to the interests of statistics and statisticians. The Association is active in a wide range of areas both directly and indirectly pertaining to the study and application of statistics. Our annual Conference of Applied Statistics in Ireland (CASI) is a forum for discussion of statistical and related issues for Irish and International statisticians. Our regular courses and workshops aim to bring the best of theoretical and applied statistics to academic, industrial and Public Service statisticians and to statistics students. We support crosscutting workshops linking statistics to applications areas. The Proceedings from several of the previous CASI conferences are available to download while notes from several ISA shortcourses are available to ISA members by visiting and logging on to the the 'Members' section of the website. Several members have a requested a copy of the Irish 1911 Census form filled in by William Sealy Gosset ('Student') and it is now available to download here. The ISA Constitution is available to read here. For further details on our activities please browse our website. |
